Description

Patient with multiple hollow molars suffered irregular, burning, tingling tooth pain, cold sensation on contact, and worsening when bending; pain radiated to throat, tonsils, glands, ear, and right‑side temporal region, with facial flushing, cold feet, and a hot head; rapid relief after a single dose of Spigelia Xoo, followed by a repeat dose after several days for recurring pain.
