Description

A 7‑year‑old boy suffered weeks of intermittent headache, especially in the forehead and occiput, worsening with movement, running, jumping, or even standing. Bending, shaking the head, coughing, or any vibration intensified pain; facial flushing and bluish eyes appeared, sometimes leading to vomiting.
