Description

Patient reported irregular, burning, tingling pains in several high‑profile teeth, with a cold sensation on touch and a dull ache when pressure was applied. Bending aggravated the pain, which radiated to the throat, tonsils, glands, ear, and right temporal region, causing facial flushing, hot head, cold feet, and a feeling of disorientation. A single dose of Spigelia Xoo provided rapid relief; a repeat dose was given after several days for recurrence.
