Description

Patient reported pounding and knocking sensations in the crown and under the eyes, especially on the left, triggered by minimal movement and sitting. Accompanied by greenish, thin mucus from the choanae and swollen gums that hurt when sweet foods are consumed. Spigelia was administered.
