Description

A 7‑year‑old boy suffered intermittent headaches for weeks, especially in the forehead and occiput, worsening with movement, running, jumping, bending, shaking, coughing, or any vibration. The pain produced facial flushing and bluish discoloration around the eyes, occasionally leading to vomiting.
